RE: 10.5 Pounds
To be honest I have no idea what they are zero'd to...[sm=confused.gif]
They were built per the plans until about a month ago when I finally got around to installing the engines. I then found out that while it was sitting around for so long the space between the spinner backplate and front of the nacelle had grown to over 1/4 inch, and there was not enough space between the back of the engine and motor mount to run fuel line! Some strange things going on in my garage??
So I chopped off the existing nacelles at the firewall and made them square with the nacelle former that is against the leading edge of the wing. Guess I would have to assume that they are zero to the wing? Not sure. [8D]
It flies like it's on rails. Inverted flight requires just a little forward stick...which is pretty normal in that attitude. As far as speed....turnin' and burnin' baby!!
