I have a couple of Roy's meters and as some of the other guys here are saying, I love them....Roy has a great product on his hands, but every once in a while it is likely that a bad one may get out the door........Roy is a great guy and I am sure he will take care of you......For future reference, I think it would have been courteous of you to talk to Roy about this first before telling everyone here that his stuff is junk.....On the other hand, bringing it here everyone will get to see his great customer support....

Roy has had these meters out for a while now and this is the first complaint that I have heard. I am certain he will take care of you.
