Do you mean the ailerons are warped or are they just put in crooked?
The Tiger used solid aileron stock found at most hobby shops. Buy some that isn't warped and install that.
If they are in crooked then rip em out and put them in straight.
I broke down and bought a Great Planes slot cutter and have never looked back. They work great and cut slots with ease and accuracy.
If all else fails you'll be able to trim it out at the field.
