This is old, but after hinging ailerons, I found out both ailerons were warped on Tiger II.
Is this gonna cause a problem? ie one side is high other is low, same thing for other wing

You can try heating the covering if you used an iron on and removing the warp. If you can't do that, then try to center each aileron so that there is as much warp going up as there is going down. Hope that makes sense. Your Tiger will fly, but get it as close as you can and have an experienced pilot look it over and test fly it for you.

Do you mean the ailerons are warped or are they just put in crooked?
The Tiger used solid aileron stock found at most hobby shops. Buy some that isn't warped and install that.
If they are in crooked then rip em out and put them in straight.
I broke down and bought a Great Planes slot cutter and have never looked back. They work great and cut slots with ease and accuracy.
If all else fails you'll be able to trim it out at the field.
BTW here is a photo of my Tiger:

From: Laurel, MD,
If you have a choice, and you can't get them totally warp free, it's better if they both warp up towards the wing tip. That basically adds washout. If you warp down towards the tip, you're adding washin.

Hey David,
It really depends on how far off they are. Look at the trailing edge of your right wing; does the low part of the aileron fall below the trailing edge of the wing? Look at the high part of the aileron, does it rise above the trailing edge? If the total "warp" is 1/8" or less, it may not be a problem.
I'm guessing that it's not too bad, because you haven't noticed it before now.

Left wing : Close to fuse side, aileron up 1/8. Wingtip down 1/8. Right Wing : Close to fuse side, aileron down 1/8. Wingtip up 1/8.
Hows that? The Tiger has solid balsa. I've hinged them already.
