Hey David,
It really depends on how far off they are. Look at the trailing edge of your right wing; does the low part of the aileron fall below the trailing edge of the wing? Look at the high part of the aileron, does it rise above the trailing edge? If the total "warp" is 1/8" or less, it may not be a problem.

I'm guessing that it's not too bad, because you haven't noticed it before now.
