Here's my thing. Who is going to sign the first person's recert application. Under the new rules
none of us are considered "experienced turbine pilots". To be an "experienced turbine pilot" you have to have 20 flights in the last 24 months and have another "experienced turbine pilot" sign your recert application.

......this form will also be attested by a second experienced turbine pilot attesting that the pilot is operating turbine powered models in a safe manner......
Are a few going to be grand-fathered...or is no one going to get qualified?
