Just by coincidence, I contacted Herr Braeckman about the model. At this time, he is did not have an answer about distributorship in the USA. He is in charge of marketing for Germany.

However, he was kind enough to provide an answer to my question about the differences between the Madness and the Madness II. His answer is given below (direct quote)

higher fuselage (for better knife edge capabilities)
higher canopy (same reason)
larger elevator and fin
Shorter nose
longer fuselage
lower weight

Hopefully this will answer some questions that other folks on this thread will have...
