Default RE: Nose wheel question

Thanks everybody. This kit I have (AK Models MIG-29) has horrible instructions and doesn't show show how to install the nose gear. You're supposed to know stuff like this already I guess. The kit is meant for advanced (or expert) modelers but I didn't know that when I bought it as they make no mention of it in thier ads. I'm having a real hard time with this kit as the plans and instructions are so bad. When I email them asking a question they never answer all my questions only what they want to answer so I give up on them. I get much better answers here on RC Universe. I mounted the elevator torque rods and servo doublers on the wrong side because the so-called plans are depicted looking from the bottom-up instead of from the top down, now I've been a draftsman for 35 years and never in my life have I seen plan views the way these are drawn. I could go on and on but space won't allow it. Needless to say I'm pissed. Back to the nose gear....yeah I think I need wheel collars but not sure how they go on, if anybody knows of a link or can post a drawing or photo I'd really appreciate it. BTW, the nose gear consists of a Dubro E/Z mount steering arm #664 and a Dubro #154 universal nose gear wire. The steering arm mounts into the coiled part of the universal nose gear wire. There were no wheel collars or mounting instructions supplied.

Thanks,
