Default MK crank

The MK crank mounts in the fuse at a point no wider than 1 7/8". It is a rod that goes all the way through the fuse and has an arm on each side and one in the middle. Run a straight rod to the center horn and then you will have the two horns on the outside just as you would with dual servos but with out the hassle of trying to match servo outputs. Kinda hard to explain but you should be able to get the idea.
