Fiddling agout test fitting fibreglass cowl to fus on sprogs Capiche50 last night and got to the point where I didn't want to sand off any more of the front end in fear of leaving it weak. The cowl is still too tight but thought I'd check with the experts before removing more to enable it to fit. I sanded the inside of the cowl down to remove the rough edges. Is this the norm?
