I had to just smooth out the joints inside the carbon cowl (closed cheek type[8D]) fitted on my C50. Got a handy 13 mm wide hand held belt sander at work though, just right for the job.
Haven't touched my plane since last year now,just waiting for the engine from IH.
By the way, anyone know what the Flair single pack fuel proofer is like? Sure I heard somewhere that it didn't like much nitro, especially YS strength 20% but it was all the local shop had in.
Also,what fuel thats easily available do you lads with YS's use? I could easily pop up to Weston for some Prosynth 20% (£23 a gallon ) but is it suitable?
