Where can I find a cheap turbine say under $300. The reson for being so cheap is it will be my first turbine and if I don't like it then the money investment wont kill me. I will take used or from a kit ( can't weld) if that is needed for a kit then I guess no kit. really any amount of thrust is alowed becase it will probably just be used to anoy the neighbors on sunday mornings.
