RE: Lancair Fueling Setup Question
I will tell you how I set mine up. First off, I used a three line set up on my tank. One line for the pressure, one for the fuel, and one for an overflow. On the over flow, I positioned my brass tubing like that of the pressure line, just slightly lower than the pressure line. I ran a piece of tubing from the overflow out the bottom of the cowling. When you fuel up, fuel will run out of the overflow, letting you know the tank is full, and it will keep fuel from filling your pressure line. Be sure to plug the overflow line with a screw after fueling, if not, you will not be able to pressurize the tank. I also have an EZ fueler like the one you've spoken of. It works just fine, but I wish I would have used a fuel dot instead. The EZ fueler fuel fitting can be a pain to insert and take out of the Fueler itself at times.
Good luck with your Lancair, it's a great airplane!
