RE: 31% aeroworks Edge 540T - DA-50 or G62?
Yup,what a plane is "supposed" to weigh & what it really weighs, usually are two different things.In most cases the advertised weights are very "optimistic".
I put on the wings,tail,hatch,landing gear,cowl & it came out at 9.6lb.Double that & the plane will come out around 20 lb.
It's amazing how much everything adds up-engine,muffler,ignition,spinner,prop,batteries,whe el pants,wheels,tail gear,servos,extentions,linkages,hardware,etc.
