I flew a brightstar for a long time and still occasionally fly it as a sunday flyer--I disagree that the hobbico planes are poor quality--i have never had a problem and I think the brightstar is a great 1st low wing plane--still has a flat bottom airfoil too. alot of guys at my field flew mine and said that it was a nice little flyer..I dont think you would be dissapointed with it..aerobatics are mild though.....joe
