I agree with you Sprink,

my flying has improved since I started practising the IMAC sequences. They dont have to be particularly challenging to fly, but getting them accurate and geometrically right means you have to constantly use all controls to make minor adjustments in all sorts of attitudes. It also forces you to trim your model as accurately as you can.

My rudder correction is much better now and its starting to become instinctive.
