I'm pleased with the volume of responces! I should clarify....I wish I had the time to learn to hover, but that's not an option right now. I truely respect anyone that can hover a plane in close. And my hat is off to anyone that has the ***** to hover a thousand $ plane. I simply wanted to get a feeling for the opinions of a bigger group of people, than just the local club members. This has helped me to understand a bit more. It's tough to try to "PLEASE" everyone as a CD at one of these events.

As for the future....who knows? I'm sure it will get wilder, and I'm all for change. I fly everything from 1/2A to Big Birds. It all boils down to respect!!! I agree fully with everyone that has voiced that opinion. We all have to learn to respect our fellow fliers. Large or small, fast or slow. As a CD I will try to address this in the pre-flight meetings from now on. I think it will be good to get a general understanding before everything starts.

Thank You very much for all the GREAT input. I will use this as a guide to form some ground rules before my next event. Maybe the next one will be less stressful on me than the last.
