Personally I love it when other pilots are hovering all the time. I know exactly where they are in the sky and don't have to worry about them. As long as you're not doing it right in front of me...I say hover away! At least I know he can control his plane.

I don't think its an issue of hovering or flying fast or low passes or any other flying style. Its just common f&*#*ing sense and respect for other pilots. Two qualities lacking in many people unfortunately.
