Don't flat spin a Tiger Moth. The full scale has problems recovering... so the model may not be able to recover at all.

Not sure about the GP model... but the Tiger Moth model I had (Gee Bee products kit) self-recovered from spins just by letting go of the stick. Had to hold it in the spin to get more than 1/2 rotation. The Tiger Moth profile I downloaded for Microsoft Flight Simulator was the same.

In general... Tiger Moths are a very docile aircraft. thier reputation is... A plane that will show you every mistake you make... but not kill you for it. RAF pilot trainees had very little problem jumping direct from the Tiger Moth to the Spitfire.
