I looked at this plane at the IMS show in Ontario, Ca. and liked it so much I ordered one while I was there. I was told these won't be out until March but I won't be surprised if that doesn't happen. The engine they had in that plane on display was I believe a YS140. IT just barely fit inside the cowl and looked like the valve cover was rubbing on it. An OS 120 or Saito 120 should fit with no problem so I would bet a twin 160 would not be a problem. I'm sure you can get the dimensions for the 160 twin easily enough and compare the head height to that of a 120 single.
