Default RE: GiantScalePlanes Spitfire & Engine Question

I've had two GSP kits and I didn't keep them because I changed my mind about them, from what I could see the kits were excellent and I liked the construction and detail put on the fuselage. Panel lines molded in the fiberglass and awsome paint job. I just ordered the zero 71" from them and can't wait, if it's as good as the FW-190 I had, I'll be happy. I know that the owner of the company has a problem with customer service but I resolved it through the UPS claims dept. They shipped me a damaged FW-190 and after spending 30 minutes with 2 people they put the dealer in contact with the owner who said to take it up with UPS. So UPS came and inspected the shipping box and found no damage, they simply sent it back to GSP and demanded a new one to ship. I just let the bigger companies deal with the issue when the managment was being difficult. Other than that, I like the kits and think they rival some of the other companies ARF's by a long shot.
Just my thoughts.[:-]
