I vote GWS pico stick and their radio , start with a parkflyer, you can fly in a schoolyard or soccer field, you won't have to pay club dues, and inorder to fly at a club you have to have an AMA card,, another $60 ,,my club fee is still cheap at $35 but thats $100 just to start with that no one else has mentioned to you.....get the radio $150~,,plane $45~.. acouple of battery paks for $20...and have a blast.. I got good service from little shop of hobbies dot com...Rog
