put aluminum foil around the head and you are gonna have to lean it out more than you would think. i have my savage playing with it in the cold about 28 degrees out. on the second tank is when the motor starts coming to life i didn't let it cool down between tanks just filled it up and started going again. maybe get a shorter head and hotter glow plug....
