Default RE: Ordering Capiche 50

Some facts for you...

Jersey is indeed VAT Free, and so far NONE of the deliveries into the UK have been charged VAT... so its more a case of unlucky if you get charged, rather than lucky if you dont....if you follow my meaning !

Carbon Copy is due to update their website very soon as thay have the old kit format and pricing structure on there... it was indeed becoming a little confusing for us and customers with so many different versions of the kit.... The IH price list reflects the new structure which starts with a base kit and then you add / subtitute what you want for a proportional upgrade cost.

Pushrods are not included in the base kit, as some people want a higher standard system than simple 2mm rods that come with most kits, so you dont pay for them just to swap them for something better. You get a choice to buy the 2mm set with quality clevises etc or take the 3mm set instead, at a higher cost. These are quality items as Eddy says.

The 3D Fun Fly as Eddy says has the thick borad chord wing for people who like a 3D hack about.... For me the original 3D Aero wing is much more enjoyable as you can do smooth aero stuff of 3D Like Mini TOC. The Fun Fly wing is good but not the main strength - I see its strength as an additional option rather than an exclusive fun fly...
The model used in my videos on the capiche website (the ones on the right of the frame) are using the Aero Wing... take a look how solid it performs... Im far from a great pilot but this plane really helps anyone...

As for what to order... its all good stuff - but the ABS cowl is well.... ABS, so it aint gonna last for ever... I agree swap this for GRP or Carbon at the very least. Clear Canopies are good though and the rest of the options are about moderate weight saves and different looks.
