The gutterpipe to replace the main plastic section is about $8 for 10 ft. (cheaper than $20 per for the Duraplane part...) There are several ways to do the replacement firewall at the SPAD website.

My favorite engine mount for the PVC downspout fuselage is what is used on the RA-Cores Gremlin. (Duraplane and SPAD are not the only ones using downspout fuselages... hmm.. ) See that kit at: www.racores.com (the engine mount is a 1/4 inch ply plate doubling the PVC, with a cutout for the engine. The engine bolts hold the ply in the PVC fuselage)
