A reversed Y connector is a Y connector with a reverser wired into one of the leads.
I have used this one on my old Super Stunts 60 and a Futaba 6XAS:

Using one of these will allow both flap servos to move the flaps downwards with one channel instead of the one up and one down like with ailerons and a standard Y connector.
