It's really a matter of what you need. If you're new to the hobby...buy a cheap knock-off engine to learn the
ropes with. If you've been around awhile...buy the MVVS.
Here in the
Netherlands MVVS is a 'cheap knock-off engine'. They are fairly cheap here

I bought one cause they are cheap and due to the great stories i hear here about them. (.25 Combat with Tuned Muffler)

Zloty they have in poland

Czech Republic has "Krone" if i'm correct.

And probably euro's in a while..

Hi SecretsOceanCity
I have to agree with all of the good things the others are saying about MVVS. Only thing I'd add is, don't use fuel with more than 5% nitro if it's a standard MVVs engine you buy. If I remember correctly they are 'timed' for 0% to 5% and need to be modified if you use more than this. I mention it because I understand that it can be difficult to get low nitro fuel in some places in the USA.
best of luck
Thats the big diffrence between America and here.. We try to use as few nitro as possible..way too expensive...unlike the americans...the more the merrier
