I have an older BME44 that has given me great service until recently. It started to sputter sometimes and I though I had old gas or the weather had changed ect then today it would not run after flying about 8 flights. I topped off the battery then tried again. Got it home and got the cowl off the looked around. The pickup sensor looked like it was cocked in about a centimeter, it was not loose but just moved over. I loosened it then put it even with the crankcase like it used to be, and tried to restart it. After quite a few flips it started and I began re-tuning the high and low. Something strange, when I jab the throttle up it sometimes pops or stumbles with the low needle pretty darn lean. Do I need to do anything? Any help would be great. I owe a lot to this engine and plane combo, it has performed excellent and I have learned some much having a stable platform.
