sorry, no pics it was a friends engine and i think it's been gone for years.

i actually used a piece of alum "u" channel for this. the vertical legs of the u were mostly cut away leaving just the tabs. the bolt in the cylinder head area went all the way through to the combustion chamber because i didn't let up on the drill in time all for the best because i didn't have a bottoming tap either
