I had the same problem on my 1st Patty. Take a 3/4" pipe and wrap some emory cloth around it (enough to make a tight fit in the tube).
Work the pipe in and out and rotating at the same time. Do this slowly and a little at a time and keep checking the wing tube fit as you go along. You want to be able to slide tube in and out freely.
