You said his did the same thing? try his Rx pack and see what it does. I am more apt to bet that you have some jittering from over charging going on. I would leave it on and let it work down a bit and see what it does. Check that your antenna is laid out right and not right on the servos. Is the rec wrapped in foam and the bat too? How are you connections. Check all that stuff. You couldn't have hurt it in 2 weeks. Don't quick charge it unless you need to though.
