RE: First try at flying without a trainer! Not to good! :-)
Why do these people feel the need to do this? I fly as a sort of guest at the local club (I am not part of the club but the company that I work for owns the land) and there is one guy who continually flies recklessly. I have been concerned enough to run out of the way of his model twice this week, once whilst I was flying my own model.
I am not really part of the club and the others have been together for years. It drives me mad. I think he's got the message that I'm not impressed. If it happens again I am going to have to take some drastic action!
