If you think you can, or could handle the 4*40, or the 120 then you should be able to handle the venture. Have your instructor buddy box for a few flights till you are comfortable with it if you have some doubt. The Venture can fly slow without and problem and the control inputs isn't as radiacal as the SE. The plane is a dream to build bTW as I just framed one up for my friend, a real quality kit.
