Well that question is kinda hard to answer. If you want to learn 3D basics (emphasis on basics) then I would highly recomend a SPA3DT, not much to look at but DURABLE and stable for learning 3D. Now for kits you have your choice of, and these are all loved and proven,

There are a few more out there but these you can't go wrong with.
P.S. I have not flown the burrito, and the YAK is soon to be shipped so I cannot vouch for those personaly, but there are many that will back the burrito, and OMP has awesome planes so the YAK is almost a sure bet.
