OK Mike, I've helped some others out with this very question. I don't own one but have worked on a few.
You can upgrade the prop with an Octura X-435 or an X437 if you put a small piece of brass tubing between the prop and shaft to take up the slack. Cutting a 1" diameter hole over the carb in the cowling will allow some cool air to get into the carb instead of sucking the hot air in from the rear intakes. I think that the tuned pipe is too long and could use a serious shortening. If you want to spend the coin and don't mind doing some surgery, a surface drive could help to get more RPM and speed out of that puppy.
