Haven't got into LiPo but you would have to use lead weight to balance if you went with LiPo for the Dare flyer as a 720 NiMh 8 cell pack is just the correct weight to balance the Flyer without adding any lead. So, there would be no total reduction in weight if you used LiPo cells, just longer duration. I can fly the Wright about 10 minutes with the 720 NiMh pack, good enough for me.
