I have a HB with a JR Quattro radio, it dose the same thing. If you have a radio that has clicks on the throttle this can interfear with a steady hover. There are mods you can make to your radio if you really find it a problem. As far as losing power to the main motor when giving more to the tail, well that just something you need to take into account when flying.
