I would try an 11x4 on the 32fx.
I actually use a 46LA on my Cougar 2000, which I had spare and only put on as a temporary measure to get the thing in the air, but I found it throttles so well and has enough power for prop hanging etc. that it stayed on there and still does it justice a year later. I run a 12.25x3.75 fun fly prop on that engine.
