RE: 1 way bearing, grease or no?
If it's an external 1 way bearing (not in crankcase), blw any kind of dirt with compressed air and spray some WD-40 in where the bearing is, should last a bit longer but you'll eventually have to get another one, also clean the pullstart shaft as well.
