Default RE: RE: RE: RE: Capiche 50

Mmmm I cant say I recall any trouble bringing mine in for normal landing either...

Must be thrustline or cg related....

With CNC the way it is I cant imagine its a design issue.. What is clear of course, is that the model tolerates a very rearward cg - far beyond what many other models would let you get away with. Maybe we made the mistake of putting accurate cg suggestions in the instructions instead of conservative ones and so some people are finding it a little strange... Its probably that.... Nice chap though he was - liked the model, but he did say he found that Acrowots (because we got onto that topic) were always very quick to come in and difficult to slow up. Now I would not have said that myself... so that might be a clue about what the guy was used to...

Oh well... he seems to enjoy it but as weve all said before now, C50 does do stuff ordinarly planes dont and it kinda teaches you a knoew "way"...

come to think of it... big TOC models come in tail down often dont they... but of course their extra weight aids penetration but they can easily slow up and fall out the sky if you are not prepared...
