It sounds to me like you rushed into this. I'm not sure just how bad of condition the plane is in because you are complaining about a $.65 allen wrench. You are going to have to buy tools anyway. You said that you already left bad feedback. Once that is done, there is no motivation on her part to offer anything. She probably won't either.
