Default RE: Flotation

I'm planning to get plastic bottles, the ones like what epoxy is sold in. I'm also doing research on larger containers. Trying to find what would be best to avoid having a mess when you are just needing a little at a time.
One gallon of raw mix is 10.1 lbs, which will make 5 cubic feet of foam. Thats 1/2 gal. part A and 1/2 gal. part B. This comes out to a weight of 2 lbs for a 12" X 12" X 12" foam.
1qrt. of raw mix will make 1.25 cubic feet of foam.
This is the same stuff that is used in boats like the Boston Whaile, and other Bass boats. It is also used in some ice chest for insulation.
Expansion time depends on the temp when mixxed. It works better when it is warmed to around 120 degrees. You'll get better expansion, useing less with the end result of having better flotation at a lighter weight.
Shipping, I'm still looking into.
Shelf life, as for an exact date, I will find out. I know that it will be in years.
