Well I hardly think it's slanderous Captain 232 to state that I sent an e-mail pre ordering a DV and then twice chased up asking if my e-mail had been received and I've still not had the courtesy of a reply. How is that slanderous?

And Dkanak, you say that the web page didn't say we'd get a confirmation of the order, but surely that's just common good business practice. If you place an order for a new car, don't you expect the dealer to at least acknowledge that he's received your order and give you SOME idea of when you're likely to receive it? Just an automated response saying something like "thanks for your e-mail order, we'll be in touch when delivery dates are known" would have been nice at least we'd have known that it was being actioned, but to hear nothing at all leaves you in confusion to say the least.

In my case despite three attempts to find out, I had no idea if my e-mail order had been received, so gave up in disgust and bought a different plane so won't be proceeding with the DV, but if you think I can be bothered to e-mail you to tell you, you can think again.
