Thats a good point. Crankshaft fits in the case very snuggly. Can't see where a piece of foreign matter could have gotten in there. Must have been a bad bearing.

I was thinking about just getting a new bearing from Boca and fixing it myself. I'm not the kind of guy to piss and whine about too many things. Might be easier to just pop the $7 or 8 bucks for a new one and fix it here at the house.
