Your a little late with the offer. I built both the Hog and the hog Bipe awhile back. They aren't particularly difficult to build. The Hog is considerably better then when it was produced by Berkley in 1958/9. You berate Sterling kits, however they were superb compared to a Berkley kit, Cheezy wood and tinny accessories but absolutely superb plans, generally drawn by McGoveren.
If you wern't in the hobby through the early years till the truly modern era, you have no idea how bad many kits were. Today you have good plans, instruction books and accessories and tools to do everything. There is really no excuse to not be able to turn out a great product. I'm one who says the old days wern't so great except in our memory.
