I believe we are flying off grass, however, I will test it both ways if the snow ever melts.
As far as the RPM goes, I ran it up at lunch and it was actually around 16K full lean. If I understood right I should richen it up to drop about 400-500 RPM. I guess I can test all that at the the field to make sure I don't have it too lean when the prop unloads.
In respect to my aluminum wheels I haven't yet had the opprotunity to lighten them up yet. My dad has a milling machine and laithe
