Don't know about those particular engines but have done a couple of 45cc and 60cc homelites among a few other makes. I just ase a hacksaw to rough them out with, then a sharp body file for finishing. Won't plug up and leaves a decent finish. I have a mini lathe, mill to make prop hubs and such parts. Hope this helps.
