Default What Are the CC's of These Saws

Hello all,

I just got a couple of Homelite chainsaws and need to know what the CC value is for each.

#1 - Homelite XL-925 (this thing is big!)
#2 - Homelite 330

Any clue???

Thanx,
Tom

Tom:
XL955 is 5cu. in. or 83cc 330 is 3.27 cu. in. or 53 cc. Good thing I kept my old manuals from when I worked on them. Hope this helps.

Just go out to one of the search engines like Google.com and type in convert metric to English or any other such combination. There are a bunch of Web sites that will let you convert metric to standard or any other increment for that matter.

Thanx Flypaper! Thank you too Donald for your reply........there are several great tools for converting CC's to CI's. I was just wondering how big these two puppies are!

Now Flypaper - You got me all fired up! How well will they convert????

Don't know about those particular engines but have done a couple of 45cc and 60cc homelites among a few other makes. I just ase a hacksaw to rough them out with, then a sharp body file for finishing. Won't plug up and leaves a decent finish. I have a mini lathe, mill to make prop hubs and such parts. Hope this helps.

10 years ago i cut up 2 925 homeies. were ok, seems they only have 1 ball bearing and one roller. ran one and the second was a parts engine.

Hello everyone! I am considering converting my Homlite ST-275 weedeater for use with a giant scale. I see a lot of conversion parts for 25cc and 30cc. Which one do I have if either? It has a walbro carb and never fails to start. I also have a line on a Bandit, but i dont know the cc's on that one either. I looked on the internet, but was unable to locate the sizes of motors by the info that I have. Thanks in advance, Andy
