Is it possible or has anyone used a four channel micro receiver for gas planes? I have the Cirrus MRX4 with 1500 feet of range and for ultralight app. I'm thinking of using it. Though it is a single conversion it works great, and would be better for small 3D like the Mini 3D.

When you say "gas" do you mean gasoline or do you mean nitro? You need to be real careful putting cheap recievers in gasoline powered airplanes.
