I have a list of names of folks that paid for kits from Jack, and are still waiting for either partial or full kits. He owes me at least four kits. I have at least one guy who left a kit with Jack two years ago with all gear, this was to be built by Jack. This fellow is still waiting and can't get any response. As the webmaster for the Jack Devine Models website, when the communications from Jack stopped I was deluged with letters of this type, some from some well-known names in R/C. I won't write another thing about this situation in this thread, because the Mods want this kind of stuff kept to a minimum, and I agree with that.
